Individual Plan
VideoGo All-In-OneNote that an individual license can only be used on one device at a time.
[1] Launch the program on your computer. Then click the "Key" icon to open the registration window.
[2] Copy and paste your Email address and license code that you have received from the email. Then click "OK" to register the program.
[1] Please make sure you have installed the right program. Please note that the license for the Mac version can't be used on the Windows version and vice versa.
[2] The registration code is case sensitive. You can directly copy and paste the registration email and license to TunePat. Please confirm that there are no spaces before or after the registration info.
[3] If you still get the error message, please contact our support team at [email protected] for further help.
After the renewal, a new license code will be sent to you via email. Please copy and paste the new registration information into TunePat to activate the program again.
Yes. After canceling the subscription, you can still use TunePat until the license code is invalid. You will receive a confirmation email (Cancel Subscription of xxx), informing you when your license code would be expired.
After your subscription expires, the program will back to the trial version, you can use the trial version for free or repurchase the subscription.
