Any movie or TV show that can be played normally on Netflix through the web browser can be downloaded by TunePat Netflix Video Downloader.
TunePat offers three kinds of subtitles encoding ways to meet users'needs for playing video on different media players or devices. The mode "External subtitles" will help you save subtitles as separate files.
"Internal subtitles" will make the subtitles be built into the output video, which will allow you to save multiple languages subtitles and switch as needed while playing the video on some players like VLC Media player.
If your media players or devices don't provide subtitle options or support to add subtitle, "Hardcode subtitles" is a great option to help you make the subtitles be burned onto your video. But please note that you can save only one language into the video at a time.
Depending on your Netflix streaming plan, the quality of video you can download with TunePat may be different. If you have a Basic or Basic with ads Netflix account, you can download Netflix videos in up to 720p. If you have a Standard or Premium account, you can download the videos in up to 1080p. Thus, in order to download 1080p videos, please upgrade your Netflix subscription plan to the Standard or Premium plan.
NOTE: No matter what plan you have, TunePat will not be able to download HD quality videos if Netflix only offers certain videos in 480p (like Marvel/Disney movies).
If you have done the above settings, but the downloaded video's quality is still poor, please play the video in Chrome, and press the key combination "Ctrl + Alt + Shift + D". There are some parameters of the video show on your screen like the following picture, please find the information marked with the red circle, which displays the quality of the video that you are playing. Please capture your screen as below, send the screenshot, the video's URL, and log files to us for analysis.
TunePat supports hardware acceleration with Intel/NVIDIA/AMD graphics cards, which will enable you to run the program more smoothly and speed up the download process. To get the best performance, please make sure you have the latest graphics driver installed on your computer. Here is how to check and upgrade the graphics cards:
1. Right-click the Windows Start menu and choose "Device Manager", find "Display adapters", right-click your graphics card and select "Update driver" in the drop-down list.
2. Sometimes driver upgrades might end in failure. No worries, you can also install the latest graphics driver from your graphics card manufacturer's website: Intel / NVIDIA / AMD (choose the exact one according to your computer). After upgrading your graphics driver, please reboot your computer to activate it.

The difference between Individual Plan and Team Plan is the number of devices each license can be used to register. An individual license is available on one computer only, while a team license can be used on 3 computers at the same time.
We currently do not support upgrade packages, whether you want to upgrade your subscription from monthly plan to yearly plan, or from yearly plan to lifetime plan. Please log out and log back into your Netflix account on TunePat. And then click the title that you want to download to check if it can be played normally in the popup web player. In some cases, some titles may not available to watch, resulting in that they are failed to be downloaded by TunePat.
"Failed 6122" means that a wrong PIN code was entered or you didn't enter the code to allow the download. Netflix provides the primary account holder a right to control viewing with a PIN, called Parental Controls to avoid the children watching the content rated above your selected maturity level and specific TV shows or movies. If you are asked to input the PIN code when watching a video, it means you are banned to access to the video. In this case, please change the setting to let the video available for download.
Too many people are currently using your account, causing the download to fail. Please check your Netflix stream plan limits and stop playing videos on other screens.
It may be caused by unstable internet or download time-out. Please try to download the videos again when the network is stable.
The video you want to download is not available in your country. Please make sure the video can be played on the Netflix web player.
The video cannot be downloaded due to the selected audio tracks and subtitles are failed to download. Please remove the video from the downloading list and download it again. If the video still cannot be downloaded, please send us the video's URL, the screenshots of your selected audio tracks and subtitles in the "Advanced Download" window, as well as the latest log files for analysis.
The download process stopped because the computer screen was off. Please do not turn off the computer screen, sleep or hibernate your PC during the download process.
There is no more space on the disk to save the downloads or you don't have the permission to save videos to the selected folder, please clean your disk or change the output path in the "Settings" window.
If you encounter the error code "Failed 3213" when downloading Netflix videos onto a Mac computer, select H.264 Video Codec from Settings. Cancel Hardware Acceleration if the problem persists.
Please make sure the link is copied from Netflix web player and the video is playable. Or you can try to search it by keyword or video name.
Since macOS 10.15 Catalina introduces new security mechanisms, software from the internet or directly from an unidentified developer will be suspected as malware and failed to install on Mac. To deal with it, please follow How to Open TunePat on macOS 10.15 Catalina or higher.
